The balls came in quickly and on time and the printing looked great. The only thing I would comment on is the position of our logo on the ball in relation to the "Top Flite" logo. I would have made them face the same way. Customer service was great. I would totally use them again!

I recently had 12 dozen Pro v1s done up with my company logo to give away to customers and to "advertise" into the woods/creek/sand/ravine when I play. We decided to give out Golf Balls at our Open House, very last minute! We had called around to local shops, and were not able to get anything made in time. With Promo Golf Ball, we were able to get the order placed and shipped to us within 1 business day! We ordered on a Wednesday and received the balls the following Monday! Great service and support, quick delivery, great value. The only thing that I was a little disappointed in was the size of the logo on the ball (quite small - though print quality was very high). I guess it is better if you have a round or similar proportioned logo, but because ours is long and short, it turns out pretty small on the ball. I've seen other balls printed with a much larger print area in order to accomodate a long logo like ours.

The website was great and easy to follow. Several months ago I saw your website and when ready to put in the order could not remember the name. I came across another company, decided to go with them, and really struggled with their order process. The had a blowout sale on Topflight balls which was really good. The website was not intuitive. This led me for a renewed effort to find your site which I did. I compared prices on regular prices and yours were better. Their setup was $25 versus $50 however, their site did not indicate 1 colour or not. With the ease of your site, you got my order. Thanks!

Service and product quality is beyond reproach. Speedy delivery. Small print on back side of golf balls is good but has some shadow lettering where it didnt' quite print clear enough on some balls, not all. Can still read it so no worries. Balls are pricey but you get what you pay for.

-Delivery was slightly quicker than expected, and the balls and packaging are in good shape -The custom logo I designed looks like it is supposed to -I haven't used the balls yet. You can feel a VERY slightly different texture on the logo portion (my logo is fairly larger and all colour, so not entirely surprising given the printing method). After use, I imagine it will scuff, etc before too long, but as a gift, giveaway, or novelty item, it is a great price for what I suspect will be a durable enough item. -I went with the TopFlite XL because it is inexpensive and a good ball for the money. I would recommend the service based on the ordering process, customer service, delivery time, and what seem initially to be good quality.

We had placed an order with a competitor for customized/ personalized golf balls and markers for a memorial golf fundraiser. I think they could have a better website as i was concerned about paying for the product prior to seeing an example but i figured i would give them a try. That evening they sent me the example and what my logo would look like on the golf ball, it looked great, i didnt need to change anything. The balls arrived very quickly and they look amazing. Hi I worked with Francis and everything was perfect! We are a broker, so "value for cost", was a bit challenging. I thought the product looked awesome, however the client was thinking his logo should have been bigger. He did approve the proof, but I think no matter what, clients will always want their logo's bigger. It's a golf ball, how much bigger can it get:), lol. The maximun size we can print with our equipment is 0.85 inch. This is clear on our website and when the client receive the proof for logo golf balls it show the size of 0.85 inch.
