I bought 1 dozen balls for my grandson for Christmas. They came very quickly and the printing was clean and clear. I liked them so much, I ordered two more boxes for him with funnier sayings, like..... "this one used to belong to Ethan" (he loses a few!) Golf balls can be REALLY expensive. I found the cost of these to be comparable, or even lower, than I could find other places AND they are personalized. Great value and easy on-line ordering. Thanks!

I needed these golf balls a week for Christmas and they were done and delivered immediately! I was able to speak to someone on the phone as soon as I called who gaurenteed when they would be printed and when they would arrive. I just wish there were a few more options for printing on the balls, instead of the three line option on the website. Maybe adding colour or making it a bit bigger so its more easy to read and grabs the persons attention. Other then that the golf balls were a big hit and they appreciated the personal tough.

Without this, I would not have known that the package had been delivered, as purolator did not contact me... So promo golf ball did its job and the job of purolator as well... The order was processed and shipped and received on exactly the days indicated by the promo golf ball website. The website was easy to use and the golf ball selection was extensive. It was also nice to have a few different shipping options depending on when I wanted to receive the golf balls. Since I ordered them late I ended up paying almost as much for shipping as for the golf balls but they arrived on time for the persons birthday so it was all good. I was told my item would ship with-in 5 business days. I had my order in my possession with-in that 5 days. It was very helpful to have the tracking number, and watch my order come my way. The balls have proved to be just what I wanted. Yesterday, after hitting a tree and loosing a ball; I returned to the club house after my round and a fellow member handed my ball back to me. He had a big smile and commented on my slogan. When I first ordered these balls, I was a bit skeptical; but your service made a believer out of me.

Excellent, just got back from Pheonix and the photo logo balls were the hit of the event. Had a little mixup on the Set up costs, shouldn't default to repeat order - no charge - - - but Francis quickly emailed the issue - and all cleared up. So remember if it's a "first time" print - -hit the correct box. Like I said... 32 guys were envious of our team's "logoed" golf balls. At first I tried using Golftowns web site to order this exact same product and found myself completely lost and frustrated. Promogolf made it easy and at a great price. They gave me an expected date of delivery and the golf balls were at my front door to the day. I ordered them as a gift so I was really hoping that the balls were exactly as I ordered. When they came they were securely packaged and the actual Titleist box looked like I just had bought it from a store. They were definitely a hit at my father-in-laws birthday. I just received my first order of personalized golf balls last week and they were perfect for my friends birthday. I had received the first package in the mail and his name was spelt wrong which I emailed them and within TWO days the correct spelling golf balls were at my door, plus I got to keep the other dozen so that was a major bonus! I have previously ordered personalized golf balls off from Titleist which were of course awesome, I asked for smaller print as the first ones had a larger print and the second batch were perfect! I was very pleased with how my purchase turned out. Titleist PROV1x were a relatively newly launched product and it was really hard to find someone in Canada to personalize them for me. I'm so glad I found promogolfball.com. I was also very pressed for time with one week left until Father's day. I put in an email inquiry to ask if they can ship it in time and I received a response in a few minutes - Pretty great customer service. Shipping was super quick and the boxes were pretty well packaged. If I had to take one star off it was that I couldn't figure out how to change the ink color from black to something else like green. I have made three purchases of personalized golf balls and all three individuals were surprised and very happy to receive such a personal gift. For the man that is very difficult to buy for, this was a excellent choice. The only problem is that he did not want to use them for the fear of losing them. The fact that they arrived very quickly and everything was perfect greatly impressed me. No surprises and a great product. The selection of ball choice could be improved but that is a minor issue. I ordered two dozen balls with my wife's name on them. Your competitors would not take an order of less than 12 dozen. I can assure you that over time you will receive more than 12 dozen orders from me, but seldom 12 at once. Thanks for being sensitive to a unique market.

I created the order and the next day I realized that I made a mistake in the spelling that I wanted on the balls. I emailed the company and they responded almost immediately to acknowledge my change request. Very great service. Also, I had the balls delivered within 4 days of ordering, I was super impressed. Great quality. I think the website would benefit from a preview option so you can see what the ball looks like with the wording you choose. Other than that, 5 stars for sure. I will order again.

Customer service, value, and order time were excellent. Surprised everything came so fast. In terms of the print, the balls look very nice. The only nitpick is the slight rainbow effect on the edges of the letters. It's only visible really up close and it's faint, as in you'd have to be within 2 inches of the ball to notice it. Would be nice if the website pointed out that the text can be changed upon request. With that said, the representative was more than accommodating for custom fonts. Would order again!

As I had never done business with this company I was concerned about quality and whether I would get them in time for Christmas. I could not comment on quality until the snow disappeared enough for my husband to play a round of golf. I'm certain is wasn't the fault of the balls that he lost 3 the first time out for the year. I was very pleased that he had his very own unique balls to play with. hahahaha...... sounds pretty funny as I write it down.

I gave these golf balls as a small part of a wedding gift. I wanted to used your wedding themed golf balls but the minimum order was 5 dozen. I am guessing this is used more for a gift from the bride and groom than a gift for the bride & groom. It would have been nice to have an option to have to select one of the wedding designed ones for only 1 dozen, even if the setup cost was a little more. Just a thought.

Excellent customer service and exceptional turn around time! All my questions and concerns during the ordering process were answered promptly and Francis even helped rework our original custom design for optimal printing - the hardest part was only choosing the correct shade of color! The first order of golf balls were given away as wedding favours and we liked them so much a second batch was ordered to keep for ourselves. Would highly recommend!
