I was a bit concerned as I ordered pretty close to special event. No worries, golf balls arrived earlier than expected. I got a dozen custom golf balls done as a 60th birthday gift to my dad. He absolutely loved them and couldn’t believe how great they turned out! He had no idea this was even a thing. I ordered these golf balls with our wedding photo on them for our 25th wedding anniversary for my husband. The product arrived quicker than I expected. The quality is excellent and exceeded my expectations. I will definitely order from this company in the future. I would have ordered a second box but the golf ball I like to use was not an option. I like using the Taylormade noodle long and soft ball. If you have or will get this golf ball, I would order another box.

When I had a question I received very prompt response via email, and the product shipped very, VERY quickly - I received my product in approximately 1 week from ordering it. They turned out wonderful! I made chocolate cupcakes, iced them with green, added a flag and one of these lovely balls with a tee on top and Wow! Coolest cupcakes ever for my 9 year old boys "Monster Mini Golf" party. My husband wanted to keep a few for himself to golf with since he was so impressed by them. Ordered the photo printed balls for a special event. Website was very easy to use and turned out to be very accurate to what eventually showed up. I was so pleased with the fast service. I ordered 3 dozen promo golf balls with photos on them on Tuesday by around 12 noon MST and they were at my door via Purolator the NEXT day. My only critique would be, I would have loved some feed back because one of the photos was quite dark, and although it looked ok on the mock up, I would have taken the little bit of extra time to do a different photo or have you lighten it. But the other 2 photos looked great and they were a hit for a retirement gift. So thank you for your prompt service and responsiveness. I really appreciate it!

While I wish the image and text would be bigger, I understand there would be some practical limitations to consider. Overall, I was very pleased with the final product. I have liked ordering these golf balls as gifts. My only complaint was on the above order. I had made a spelling error and within a 2 hour time span notified you that this had happened. I was informed it was too late. I thought I had time since the processing and ship time were a bit away. All else from,customer service,value cost, order processing and ease of use of website, in my humble opinion rate a 5 out of 5. The shipping cost could be lower if you use the regular parcel rates at The US Postal Service. Paying approx $24.00 for a $25.00 item order seems somewhat steep. My photo golf balls look fantastic! I am extremely happy with how they turned out! The site where you upload your picture SUCKS! I was in a couple of American sites that do the same work as you and they are much better. It those sites you upload your picture, it comes up on the screen, and then you drag the circle cutout over the part of the picture you want to show on the golf ball. It would be much easier that way. On your site I must of uploaded my picture about 30 times. I would crop it and then upload it until I had the correct part of the picture on the ball. The first few times only have my kids head was on the ball. Eventhough it was a dreadfull uploading process I'm glad that I took the time with your company.
PromoGolfBall in September we will have a new module on the web site for ordering photo golf balls. It will be much easier to use.

The only thing I can say is I thought the picture would be much larger. The impact of what I wanted was lost when I saw the picture size. When laying out the picture on the website it looked really good although of course the size of the golf ball for layout purposes was much larger. I guess I could not scale it down in my mind to see what it would really look like. Anyhow....the quality, order process, speed of delivery where fantastic and if the opportunity presents itself I would use you again.

Although when previewing the images on the ball on the website when setting up your ball the image looks like its going to cover much more of the ball than it actually does, when we received the golf balls the image on the ball covered much less of the ball then the website preview showed, but overall the quality, and customer service was good, and the shipping was very fast!

Delivery was exceptional. The image was as submitted. However it was difficult for me to ascertain the real life size of image on the ball. I tried several ways to do it and finally felt confident in my choice of subject matter. The nature of the photo transfer to the ball lost some definition. The final product is just “ok”. The fault is mine alone. Perhaps suggesting only portrait style photos, suggesting “Head & shoulder “ shots produce best results. I will order more in the near future with a “head & shoulders “ shot of the subject. Overall, very good product, perhaps a bit more “ coaching” on the selection of best photo to be submitted. I was looking for golf balls for a buddies 50th and wanted a picture on it with also something in writing. I found promogolfballs and in fact called them and spoke to a Francis who helped me through the process and how to get the picture on the ball etc. was actually quite easy and I tweaked it here and there and poof, sent it in and it came out excellent, my buddy loves it. delivery was almost too fast as I got them within a few days. prices vary depending on what type of golf ball you want, I went on the cheaper side but all in all price was very reasonable. I hope to use promogolfballs again. don't think you will be disappointed if you are to use their service, enjoy and thank you to Francis.

The only suggestion I would have is to have the logo a little bit bigger. The max size you can do online is too small. I had a picture printed on the golf balls and it was hard to make out the image because of the small size. If you do words/phrase on the ball I suggest doing it in caps lock to see wording better too. Other than that quality speed of delivery and website was great.

My only concern is the website page to order the photo golf balls. It'd be great if it advised customers of the maximum file size and file types allowed. I had a hard time finding the correct file size and type before the website allowed me to continue to the next page. Also, although the preview of the photo on the golf ball was perfect - the photo in the confirmation page suddenly becomes pixelated. I love the idea however, your photo circle on the website is not a good indicator of how large the finished image will be. The image appears much larger on the website than on the actual ball. If I had known this, I would have cropped the photo much more.

I knew printing fine details on this type of surface probably wouldn't result in the best image. The online proof appears to cover a larger area of the golf ball and I found it to be quite small in reality. With this type of surface printing, stick to simple bold text and images. The timeliness and The timeliness and customer service was great. The writing on the ball is so small I can barely read it. Maybe there could be a way to increase the font size? The picture of the wedding couple with print on the home page shows a much bigger text and photo. Also, I tried many different photos and many would download sideways and there is no option to rotate the photo. I spent a great deal of time trying to find a photo that would show up straight on your ordering page.

When I was using the website there was an opacity scale I think meaning how blended the edges of the picture could be... I remember not liking how the preview showed these weird dots at all four corners. I then called the number to double check the dots wouldn't be there and the weird voicemail options didn't make sense. I don't know who I want to talk to I want someone in customer service. I believe it was a specific name of a couple people. Also, the picture wasn't as "rich" as I thought it would be it was a little lighter and smaller. All around fine though. Pricing was great except for the shipping - I know there is little you can do but maybe try to get a volume discount? The order came SO FAST and even this close to Christmas. I was impressed. Overall good job. Maybe dumb-down your website and rethink the call directory when a customer calls. The rest was great!

I was disappointed that my image did not come out as expected. I had a circle around the picture and only 1/2 came out. Also, the image was much smaller than I thought. The quality of the image was good however and processing and speed were perfect.
PromoGolfBall- The maximun imprint on the golf ball is only 0.80"
Because of the shape of the golf ball we cannot print bigger.
You had a circle around about 3/4 of the imprint, on right side the circle was so thin that some part didn't get printed.
If we change the print size to 0.50" this circle will had been printed but you would had found the photo way too small.

tout va bien jusq'au moment de mettre plus d'un article dans le panier. ex : 6 dz de balles avec photo differente pour chaque dz,pouvoir avoir un apercu de chacun des imprimés sur balle avant de confirmer la commande? excellent service a la clientele et temps de traitement. Merci

I was so excited to get this as Christmas gifts for my grown kids , but I was disappointed that the art work was so small. I understand it is a golf ball but I feel more of the ball would of been used. Other then that great

The website should have a ball preview that allows the customer to see what the finish product looks like as the close up view didn't give me an idea how large or to scale my image would be . This ended up costing me as the image is now way to large on the golf ball. The other aspects of the sale process were excellent including the easy delivery process. Lindsay Blanchard.
